det er hyggelig å se at Weltano i større og større grad blir en del av miniflokken. I starten ble han jaget bort av begge når jeg kom, men nå må han bare holde seg litt på avstand mens jeg steller, og så får han faktisk lov til å komme bort til meg uten at det blir sure miner. Biloxi er rask til å sette ham på plass om han prøver seg på noe, men det er bare snakk om flate ører og agressivt kroppsspråk, og Weltano er rask til flytte på seg og vise tegn til at han underkaster seg, så det er over på sekunder og så gresser de ved siden av hverandre igjen. Santee er riktignok over Weltano i rang han også, men der er det langt større spillrom og endelig så jeg Weltano innby til lek, ikke bare leke på Santee's oppfordring. Veldig hyggelig! De nye skrammene Biloxi har er nok fra han har klødd seg på trær, det var ingen nye å se på Weltano og bare noen få Santee. Fred og fordraglighet her altså!
They are by no means a close-knit threesome, but Weltano is - literally - much closer to the other two now. The first times I visited they would go out of their way to chase him away from me, but now he just has to keep his distance for a while, then he can come and say hi too. If he does try anything on, Biloxi is quick to put him in his place, but it's just a matter of flattened ears and aggressive body language. With Weltano quick to move as well as showing signs of submission, it's over in seconds, with them grazing next to each other in no time. Santee is over Weltano in rank, but there's a huge difference, and today I even saw Weltano initiating play, so that's really nice. The new scratches Biloxi has is from trees, Weltano had no new ones, and Santee - who is by far the most active of the three - only has a few. Three's a charm!
