Team Biloxi trener

Fikk en sms idag med beskjed om at "Biloxi har trimmet resten av gjengen idag, han har jo mer løpsinstinkt enn de andre tilsammen... hi hi". Her forleden tok jeg meg tid til å regne ut fullblodskvotienten hans. Gikk "bare" 5 generasjoner tilbake hos Sioux og Utah, og har bare tatt utgangspunkt i hester som er registrert som fullblods i Weatherbys register, men tror det blir rimelig nøyaktig. Sioux har fullblods mor og endel fullblods på farssiden, så hun er minimum 68,5% fullblods, og så viste det seg at Utah ligger på 32,5%. Ergo blir lille Biloxi 50,5% fullblods, da med en ekstra dose løpsinstinkt.

Received an sms telling me that "Biloxi has given the rest of the horses a proper workout, he seems to have more of a head for racing than the rest of them put together... tee hee". And the other day I took the time to work out exactly how much thorougbred there is in him. I only went back 5 generations on each side, and only counted horses registred with Weatherbys as TB, but still think it's pretty accurate. Sioux has a TB mum, and quite a lot of TB on her fathers side, so she's minimum 68,5%, and Utah was 32,5% which means Biloxi is 50,5% thoroughbred. Obviously it shines through!
