Nytt venflon

Dessverre må Sioux igjen ha intravenøst, så da må det settes inn og sys fast nytt venflon. Ikke særlig stas synes pånnis, men hun er sliten og lydig nok til at hun står stille mens Jochen gjør jobben. Og så i timene det tar å få i seg all den medisin og væske hun skal ha. Alt vanskelig gjøres litt lettere av at Sioux er så snill som hun er, og at hun tydelig viser at hun stoler på oss, selv når det vi gjør er ubehagelig for henne.

Unfortunately Sioux is back on the intravenous, and needs a new port. Not much fun as it has to be sown in place, but she's tired and obedient enough that she stands still while Jochen does the job. And then in the hours it takes for the medicine and fluids to reach her system. All the difficult things we have to do are made easier by Sioux being so cooperative, and showing that she trusts us, even when what we do is uncomfortable for her.
