


There wasn't much that needed doing, but little adjustments can be important. Biloxi stood perfectly until the farrier lifted his leg. Then there was rearing, drama and general acting out until I brought my magic scratching-fingers out. As long as I was touching and scratching he stood like a champ, and there's no doubt that he finds touching soothing and calming, and also still remembers that we trained for him to stand with his feet up when I scratched. Katrin took the photos while the vet translated and kept an eye on it all.
