Hestene kom inn til nymøkkede bokser, og fikk på seg tørkedekken mens jeg fyllte høynett, fliset etc sånn at de riktig kunne kose seg inne mens de tørket. Og kose seg gjorde de. Sioux spiste noe, men sto for det meste og småsov. Biloxi syntes det var skummelt med flisbåren men var veldig fornøyd med en haug ny flis å rulle seg i før han gjøv løs på høynettet. Regnet ga seg ikke, og det ble koselig "amatør-massasje", klø og kosedag for alle pengene. Sioux var nemmelig ikke helt tørr før snaue timen før jeg skulle reise, og da var vi fint lite motiverte for å gå ut og bli våte igjen.
The horses were turned in to clean boxes, and got their coolers on while I filled haynets, got more shavings etc so they could really enjoy their day in. And enjoy themselves they did. Sioux ate some, but mostly just dozed. Biloxi thought the shavings-barrow was scary, but was thrilled with a whole heap of fresh bedding to roll in before focusing on the hay. The rain didn't let up, and we had a nice day in with "amateur" massage, and general comfort grooming. Sioux wasn't completely dry until an hour before my departure time, and I just couldn't face getting us both wet again then.
