Kveldskrybbekos

Hestene får kraftfôr fra Baileys, ett eple og en halv kilo gulrøtter eller så. Biloxi får Meadow Sweet og chaff, Sioux får Stud Mix, alfalfa og litt chaff. Begge får et lite mål Outshine og en "klype" salt. Og de spiser som hester skal; med stor entusiasme! Og så er det litt morsomt å se "vanene" deres, for begge spiser alltid opp eplet først. Så går de løs på kraftfôret. Etter noen munnfuller går Sioux over på gulrøttene og spiser så kraftfôr og gulrøtter om hverandre, mens Biloxi spiser opp nestne hver smitt og smule av kraftfôret før han gyver løs på gulrøttene. Og koser seg gjør de begge!

The horses get concentrates from Baileys, one apple and about half a kilo of carrots. Biloxi gets Meadow Sweet and chaff, Sioux gets Stud Mix, alfalfa and some chaff. They both get a small helping of Outshine and a "pinch" of salt. And they eat like horses; with gusto! And I find it amusing to note their little habbits. For example, they both eat the apple first. Then they go for the hard feed. After a few mouthfuls Sioux starts on the carrots, mixing carrots and hard feed, while Biloxi finisheds all his hard feed before he attacks the carrots. And they're both happy!
