Vinterhester

De trives så lenge de har mat å spise, og vind- og vanntette frakker på. Jeg har fått spadd løs og flyttet på begge fôrkassene sånn at de ikke blir borte under all snøen. Sioux og Biloxi lurte veldig på hva jeg holdt på med, og fant det åpenbart underholdende der de tasset hakk i hel på meg, plasserte seg så nær de kunne og fulgte nøye med på graving, løfting og skruestramming. Når jeg så var ferdig stilte de seg fornøyd opp for å spise videre.

The horses are fine outside as long as there's food and they've got their wind- and waterproofs on. I managed to shovel both of the hutches free of snow, and move them so they won't get snowed down. Sioux and Biloxi found this immensly entertaining and just stood around watching me until I was done with the shoveling, lifting and tightening of bolts. Once I was done they got back down to business.
