I ringen

Santee oppførte seg fint, og Sioux var "helproff". Flekkulf er i vekst, og for tiden er han riktig så "lealaus" i leddene. Mest merkbart var det i skritt, der han taktet og ble passaktig for å holde følge med Sioux. Siden Sioux ikke skulle løpe ble det til at hun ble leid nedover langsiden, mens Santee ble holdt igjen. Så fikk de se ham i bevegelse når han kom etter. Det ble, naturlig nok, ikke særlig til trav, men han fikk vist fram fin galopp.

Santee behaved well, and Sioux was totally "pro" in the ring. Santee is growing, and is currently "wobbly" in his joints. It's most noticeable in walk, where he got a bit stressed and almost paced when keeping up with Sioux. As she wasn't supposed to trot she was led to the other side of the arena, and Santee held back so he could run and catch up. It worked OK, the only problem was that he didn't show much trot. But his canter looked fine!
